The works of Esther Haase are full of joyful energy and creative power. The photographer playfully alternates between genres: cheerful lightness, tingling eroticism, haunting dream sequences and opulent stagings meet.

In conversation with the art historian Sebastian Lux, managing director of the F.C. Gundlach Foundation, the artist gives us an exciting insight into the range of her photographic inventiveness and tells us about exciting moments during her shootings.
