Withdrawal of your Order

Please note: The withdrawal is still only possible within the statutory period. This is generally 14 days after you have concluded the sales contract or received the ordered goods. More detailed explanations of the right of withdrawal can be found at: Right of Withdrawal.

After exercising your right of withdrawal (submitting the withdrawal form), you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. The confirmation of receipt merely serves as proof that the withdrawal was submitted via the withdrawal form, but not that the withdrawal was effectively exercised.
