Souvenirs

Delivery area:

We do not have a minimum order value and ship throughout Germany with Deutsche Post or DHL. Deliveries outside Germany may be possible on request. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping costs within Germany with DHL:

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order:

  • If the total weight of the products ordered (weight without shipping packaging per order) is under 200 g (e.g. 1 T-Shirt or 1 vintage cap), the costs for packaging and shipping within Germany amount to € 3.50 including VAT.
  • If the total weight of the products ordered (weight without shipping packaging per order) is between 200 g and 1.700 g (e.g. 2 T-Shirts, 2 caps or 1 carrier bag), the costs for packaging and shipping within Germany amount to € 6.50 including VAT.
  • If the total weight of the products ordered (weight without shipping packaging per order) is more than 1.700 g (e.g. 10 T-Shirts, 18 caps or 5 bags) and maximum 10 kg, the costs for packaging and shipping within Germany amount to € 8.00 including VAT.
  • The exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and displayed to you before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times:

The delivery time for souvenirs is 3 to 10 days. You can find more detailed information about delivery times on the respective product detail page. Delivery times to the German islands are extended by up to 3 days. Your order will be processed during our business hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays). If you order several items in one order for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in one shipment (unless otherwise agreed). In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to your entire order.

The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse. If the shipment does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We will check the status with the shipping service provider and arrange for a replacement delivery or refund if necessary.

Collection:

When ordering souvenirs, you also have the option of selecting free collection instead of shipping during the checkout process. We will notify you by email as soon as your ordered souvenirs are ready for collection at our premises at Theodorstraße 42-90, Haus 4a Loft 422, 22761 Hamburg. This can take up to 10 days. Please note that collection is only possible Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and not on public holidays. Collection times may also be restricted if our premises are not staffed, for example due to external appointments. However, you are welcome to arrange a specific collection time with us by telephone or email.

Image licences

When you purchase an image licence, you will be provided with the TIF file corresponding to the image for which you have purchased the licence. Delivery takes place within one hour of receipt of payment (in individual cases, following manual verification, within 72 hours) via a download link, which will be sent to you by email. This also applies if you have ordered one or more souvenir items as part of an image licence order (see above for the delivery time of souvenir items). Please also check your spam folder for the email, if necessary.

Image licences are sold only within the EU (the billing address is decisive). For orders with a billing address outside the EU, your entire order will be cancelled before payment is processed. If your order also included souvenir items for delivery to Germany, please place a new order for the souvenir items only, provided you still wish to purchase them.

We would be happy to check for you, upon request, whether the sale of image licences is also possible to a country outside the EU. Please contact us for this.

Prints

Prints may be shipped upon request after viewing and completing the purchase. In this case, shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated individually and agreed with you before purchase.
