Michael Lange: The Photographic Work
Michael Lange was a self-taught photographer who pursued his career consistently and independently. Although Michael Lange enjoyed great success in the magazine world, he increasingly distanced himself from it and turned instead to independent series of works such as LA DRIVE-BY and, most recently, POND. Like few other landscape photographers, Michael Lange sometimes spent years striving to capture the perfect landscape motif. Here we present a selection of his photographic work:
